We have a variety of plans to suit;

will i have access to the   tutorials if I am a non member?

Unfortunately, you will not have access to any tutorial content unless you are a paid subscription member. In order to become a member please click onto your preferred package and become part of the MB Magic world.

what exactly happens after ordering?

Once payment has been made you will become a MB Magic member and have access to the weekly tutorials. An email will be sent listing instructions on how to use the MB Magic service.

If I have technical problems on the site, what do I do?

If you are experiencing a technical problem please go to the ‘contact us’ area at the top of the home page. Complete the details template with as much information as you can provide and we will resolve any queries as quickly as possible.

Ive forgotten my password, how do i reset?

Click on the forgot password link on the login form and follow the on-screen instructions.

Payment Information

When will the payment be taken from my bank account?

Your MB Magic membership will continue month-to-month unless terminated. To use the MB Magic service you must have Internet access and a device that has the availability to stream online video and provide a current, valid, accepted method of payment, which you may update from time to time (“Payment Method”). Unless you cancel your membership before your monthly billing date, you authorise us to charge your next month’s membership fee to your Payment Method.

Can i cancel or change my order?

You can cancel your MB Magic membership at any time, and you will continue to have access to the MB Magic service through the end of your monthly billing period. To the extent permitted by the applicable law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month membership periods. To cancel, please email and provide us with your full name, membership number (on invoice) and why you wish you cancel. If you cancel your membership, your account will automatically close at the end of your current billing period. If you signed up for MB Magic using your account with a third party as a Payment Method and wish to cancel your MB Magic membership, you may need to do so through such third party, for example by visiting your account with the applicable third party and turning off auto-renew, or unsubscribing from the MB Magic service through that third party. Please note when signing up for the annual package there are no refunds.

Can I change my payment Method?

You can change your Payment Method by visiting our website and clicking on the “Your Account” link. If a payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not change your Payment Method or cancel your account, we may suspend your access to the service until we have obtained a valid Payment Method. When you update your Payment Method, you authorise us to continue charging the updated Payment Method, and you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. This may result in a change to your payment billing dates. For some Payment Methods, the issuer of your Payment Method may charge you certain fees, such as a foreign transaction fee or other fees relating to the processing of your Payment Method. Local tax charges may vary depending on the Payment Method used. Check with your Payment Method service provider for details.
